Questions you frequently ask.
I've ordered. How do I get my program?
You already have it - it doesn't come by email and there's nothing to log in to. The whole Seated to Standing program, all fourteen days in large print, is here: read or print your program. Read Day 1 tonight if you like. Your board arrives in 5-12 business days, and the quick-start card in the box carries the same link as a QR code, so it's always easy to find again.
How long until I notice a difference?
Balance responds to practice, not to a single session. Give it two to three weeks of consistent use before you judge it - the program's 3 minutes a day is designed to be easy to keep.
Is it safe for beginners? Do I need to be fit?
No fitness required. The program starts seated, and you'll always have a chair-supported version of every exercise. The board sits just 3 cm (about an inch) off the floor, and the anti-slip surface holds your foot in place. Keep a sturdy chair or countertop within arm's reach when you're starting out.
What makes it different from a wobble board or BOSU?
Most wobble boards and BOSU balls train both feet at once, so your stronger side quietly takes over. SteadyBloom trains one foot at a time on two independent plates - forefoot and heel separately - so the small muscles that actually keep you steady have to do the work. It's lower to the ground and gentler, too.
What foot or shoe sizes does it fit?
It suits a wide range of adult foot sizes - from US size 6 up to 11.5. You position the ball of your foot on the larger plate and your heel on the smaller one. If your feet are on the smaller or larger side, a small tweak to your foot placement is all it takes.
How often should I use it?
Just 3 minutes a day is plenty to start. The Seated to Standing program builds the habit gently, one short page at a time.
Can I use it in socks or bare feet?
Yes - the deck has an anti-slip grip surface. Bare feet work the foot muscles best.
Carpet or hard floor?
Both. On thick carpet the tilt is slightly gentler - actually a nice place to start.
How big is it?
About 30 x 11 cm and just 3 cm tall (11.8" x 4.3" x 1.2") - smaller than a shoebox lid. It slides under a couch or into a drawer when you're done.
What's in the box?
The SteadyBloom Balance Board (two-plate set) plus its connecting attachment, and a quick-start card with a QR link to your Seated to Standing program. You don't have to wait for that card - the program is already online, free to read or print today.
How fast is shipping? Where do you ship to?
We ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Your order arrives in 5-12 business days, fully tracked. Shipping is a flat $6.95, free on orders of $69 or more. Your tracking number is emailed the moment it ships.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your package is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within 15 business days of ordering, email support@steadybloom.shop and we'll replace it or refund you, your choice.
What if it doesn't work for me?
You have a 60-day home trial from delivery. Email support@steadybloom.shop and we send you return instructions for your order. Once it's on its way we refund the full purchase price within 5 business days. No restocking fees.
Is this a medical device?
No. It's an exercise tool - it trains muscles, it doesn't treat or cure any condition. If you're under care for a balance disorder, recovering from surgery, or find it painful to put weight on the foot, talk to your doctor first.
What about the warranty?
One year on the board. If it breaks under normal use, we replace it.
