60-Day Home Trial & Refund Policy
Every SteadyBloom order comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. This covers the Balance Board, the Grip Socks, the Callus Smoother and the Bunion Corrector.
How a return works — including from the US
- Email support@steadybloom.shop with your order number. You'll hear back within one business day.
- We send you the return address for your order. Returns from the United States go to a US address — you are never asked to ship a parcel overseas. The same applies to Canada and the UK: you return to an address in your own country, at standard domestic postage.
- Send the item back and email us the tracking number. Once it's on its way, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fees.
Please wait for those instructions before sending anything back. The mailing address on our Contact page is a post box for written correspondence only — it cannot accept parcels, and packages sent there will not reach us.
Condition. The Balance Board can be returned used — that's the point of a home trial. Grip Socks, the Callus Smoother and the Bunion Corrector must be unworn and in original condition, for hygiene reasons.
Free gift items. A Bunion Corrector received free with a qualifying order is yours to keep. It does not need to be returned, and it is not refundable or exchangeable on its own. If you return the order it came with, you may keep the gift.
1-year warranty. If your board breaks under normal use within one year, we replace it free. Email us a photo and your order number.
Shipping costs. Original shipping charges are refunded on a full-order return. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
