How it works:

1. Email support@steadybloom.shop with your order number.
2. We reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
3. Once the return is on its way, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days. No restocking fees.

Lifetime warranty: if your board breaks under normal use — at any time — we replace it free. Email us a photo and your order number.

Accessories (grip socks, resistance bands) are covered by the same 90-day window, unworn items in original condition.
